BREAKING: New Orleans Pelicans Update Logo

The New Orleans Pelicans have changed their logo ahead of the 2023-24 season. The change was reported on Twitter via @ConradBurry - Basketball Jersey Archive can confirm the change.

The last logo change by the Pelicans was 10 years ago, in 2013.

In comparison to the old logo, the new version is slightly more minimalistic than the previous one. What is the biggest change is that the bird has been freed, and now stands out as a singular element as the top.

The “New Orleans Pelicans“ wordmark has also been changed and moved. Overall, the style of the logos is the same.
