BREAKING: Updated Los Angeles Lakers Logo Revealed

As reported by @ConradBury on Twitter, the Los Angeles franchise has slightly updated their logo for the 2023-24 season and beyond. In addition, the club also introduce a new alternative logo.

The last logo update of the Los Angeles Lakers dates back to 2001, so its indeed a pretty special change.

Old Logo vs New Logo - Updated, darker purple.

The main Los Angeles Lakers logo remains the same, with only their purple color changed to a darker shade. This change improves the contrast with their gold color.

The updated Los Angeles Lakers branding includes the addition of an "LA" partial logo. This LA logo was already used on the team's City Edition jerseys.
