A Alemanha, campeã da Copa do Mundo da FIBA, mostra as camisolas para 2025-26 - Inspiradas nos uniformes da Adidas para a Euro 2024?

The German Basketball Federation (DBB) and its official apparel partner, Peak, have presented the new home and away jerseys set for the 2025-26 international basketball calendar. A key design element is the golden FIBA World Cup Champions badge, signifying their recent global triumph.

Germany Basketball 2025-26 Home Jersey

The Peak Germany 2025-26 home jersey is predominantly white, providing a clean look. It's accented with black trim around the round neck collar and the armholes. The Peak branding is located on the right chest, opposite the DBB crest on the left. Positioned centrally is the golden FIBA Basketball World Cup Champions badge.

"DEUTSCHLAND" ("GERMANY") is arched across the chest in a black font with golden lining. The primary sponsor, "ING," along with its recognizable lion emblem, is displayed under the number, in full, unfitting colours, interrupting the look.

The most notable design feature appears on the side panels: a dynamic gradient graphic. This element transitions smoothly through Germany's national colours – black at the top, fading into red, and then into gold towards the hem. This creates a subtle yet energetic visual effect, injecting national pride into the flanks of the jersey.

Germany Basketball 2025-26 Away Jersey

The PEAK Germany 2025-26 away jersey is basically an inverted version of the home shirt. It adopts a black base with white logos, offering a contrasting alternative.

All textual elements and branding, including "DEUTSCHLAND," the player number "17," the PEAK logo, and this time also the ING sponsor, are rendered in white for clear visibility. The DBB crest maintains its traditional colours, while the golden World Cup Champions badge stands out prominently against the dark background.

The same black-red-gold gradient seen on the home jerseys side panels is replicated here. Against the black jersey, this tricolor flash offers a vibrant contrast, ensuring the national colours remain a key visual component.

Comparison: Germany Basketball 2025-26 Home vs. Germany Football Euro 2024 Home Kit

However, we are pretty sure that the national flag gradient was not PEAK's idea - the brand apparently got inspired by Adidas and their Germany Euro 2024 football kit. When comparing the PEAK Germany basketball home jersey with the Adidas Germany Euro 2024 football home kit, both feature the national colours in a gradient design.

The basketball jersey's tricolor gradient is confined to the side panels, while the football kit has it on the sleeves - which do not exist with a basketball jersey.

The new Germany 2025-26 basketball jerseys by PEAK are now available for purchase, and are priced at pretty expensive 119€ with the special badge.
