Novas camisas Nike NBA "Specter Edition" são reveladas

Nike and the NBA are expanding their jersey program with the introduction of the brand-new "Specter Edition" uniforms for the 26-27 season. Tied to the newly announced NBA Standard Issue Collection, this special uniform category has been created exclusively for eight of the league's most storied franchises whose foundations trace back to the NBA's earliest eras.

The eight franchises selected to receive a Specter Edition uniform are the Sacramento Kings (the oldest operating franchise in the NBA), Detroit Pistons, Atlanta Hawks, Golden State Warriors, New York Knicks, Philadelphia 76ers, Los Angeles Lakers, and Boston Celtics.

Each jersey aims to reinterpret the franchise's identity through historic iconography, city heritage, and fan culture through smoky, abstract, and specter-like visual motifs.

Rather than executing direct vintage remakes, Nike has embraced an unconventional design language characterized by airbrushed gradients, glowing glows, and dark shadowy foundations. The Sacramento Kings shirt highlights a hazy purple silhouette shaped after the club's 2014 crown logo, while the Boston Celtics jersey incorporates an ethereal green vortex on black. The Philadelphia 76ers feature vibrant glowing stars lining the torso, the Detroit Pistons display streaks of flame across a dark base, and the Los Angeles Lakers sport fluid waves of purple with classic gold accents.

From a technical perspective, the Specter Edition uniforms are engineered with Nike's Aero-Fit construction for lightweight breathability, aligning closely with the performance materials utilized across the rest of the 26-27 Standard Issue range. The jerseys will also arrive with dedicated matching off-court apparel.

While the first waves of the wider NBA Standard Issue collection are scheduled to roll out in September and October, the official retail release and on-court debut of the Specter Edition uniforms will follow later in fall 2026.
