Toronto Raptors zmieniają koszulki z edycji Statement na fioletowe na sezon 2027–28
The Toronto Raptors are set to bring one of the franchise's most beloved colors back into their permanent uniform rotation. According to uniform insider ProLine Mockups, the Raptors are planning to change their Jordan Brand Statement Edition jersey from black to purple starting in the 2027-28 NBA season.

Rather than launching a complete team rebrand or resurrecting the original dinosaur logo, the upcoming 2027-28 Statement Edition is reported to be a color swap based on the current template.
Toronto has worn its current black and red Statement uniform since the 2020-21 campaign, and production of that version is reportedly slated to wind down by late 2026. The new look will transpose the existing staggered wordmark, red trim, and subtle claw mark details onto a rich purple base.
Purple defined the Raptors from their expansion debut in 1995 until the mid-2000s, when the organization shifted toward a red-and-black palette aligned with Canadian national colors. Transitioning the Statement Edition to purple ensures the iconic colorway returns as a core, multi-year fixture on the court.
