A massive aesthetic overhaul is coming to Minnesota in 2026, complete with a brand-new logo suite and jerseys.
There has been rumors for a Timberwolves visual refresh since the summer of 2025, and now, the wait is almost over. Newly leaked retail hoodies indeed show the new branding.
The Leaked Logos
The Howling Wolf:
The first image shows a modernized nod to the classic KG era. It features a grey wolf howling in profile against a blue basketball, accented by a bright Kelly green North Star.
The "MINN" Tree Line:
The second mark features a stylized "MINN" arching over the top half of a basketball, anchored by the franchise's iconic pine tree silhouettes.
What This Means for the Jerseys
2001-2006 jersey.
The most exciting takeaway? The prominent return of the pine trees. This heavily implies that the Timberwolves' new 2026-27 jerseys will feature a modern revival of the legendary "tree-trim" uniforms from the late 90s and early 2000s, moving away from the minimalist look of their current era.
