Ranking All NBA 2024-2025 Leaked City Edition Jerseys

Today, we are ranking every newly leaked 2024-2025 NBA City Jersey in a tierlist from A (best) to F (worst). We decided to not include an S tier in this ranking, which normally deals as the best tier in any ranking. This decision has been made because we are of the opinion that the overall standard delivered by Nike for this season's City uniforms has been rather poor.

F-Tier:

The F-Tier includes some of the most important franchises such as the Lakers and the Celtics. However, unlike the success of both teams on the basketball court in NBA history, this year's City Edition Jerseys are the complete opposite. The Celtics 2024-25 City Jersey in particular looks lifeless and some fans even claim that it almost looks like a warm-up jersey - which is not entirely unjustified. For the team that is the current NBA champion and one of the “faces” of the league, this effort by Nike is not fitting and deserves the criticism it has received over the last few days.

D-Tier:

The D-Tier includes many jerseys that are considered mediocre to poor. The points of criticism here vary from jersey to jersey and it would go beyond the scope of this article to go into all of them explicitly. A good example of this category is the San Antonio Spurs jersey, which is exactly the same as last year's jersey, only in different colors.

C-Tier:

With the C-Tier we are slowly but surely approaching the area of the better jerseys, which often lack certain things that have a negative influence on these jerseys. A good example is the Denver Nuggets 2024-25 City Jersey which takes an interesting and bold approach. However, instead of a simple Nuggets or Denver lettering, it uses the “5280” wordmark that many fans dont perceive as well. Overall some of these jerseys in this category aren't really that bad and the perception of these is primarily influenced by personal preferences.

B-Tier:

The B-tier consists of four jerseys, all of which are among the better ones in this year's edition.

A-Tier

Tow very good and timeless designs with great color choice, without a doubt deserving to top this list.
