Charlotte Hornets Unveil 35th Anniversary Logo - To be used in 23-24 campaign
The Charlotte Hornets have announced that they are preparing to celebrate their 35th anniversary season with a special logo and a new Classic Edition uniform.
The commemorative logo features the Hornets' primary logo at the center of a teal hexagonal cell with pinstripes in light blue, royal blue, green, and purple, blending the current jersey design with their original look. The logo also includes a "35 Years" banner at the top and a "1988-2023" banner at the bottom.
It is worth noting that the franchise suspended operations for two seasons after moving to New Orleans in 2002 and resuming play as the Charlotte Bobcats in 2004.
The Hornets have also announced they will be releasing a new Classic Edition Jersey celebrating the 35th anniversary. The Classic Edition uniform is set to be unveiled at a later date, adding to the excitement surrounding the team's 35th anniversary celebration.
