The Houston Rockets have officially unveiled their new City Edition uniform for the 2025-26 NBA season. Aligning with this year's league-wide theme of bringing back or recoloring popular past designs, the new jersey is a complete rerelease of the team's "H-Town" City Edition from the 23-24 season.

The Houston Rockets 2025-26 City Edition features the same stylish "H-Town" script across the chest in red with a blue outline, a color scheme that is matched by the player numbers. Classic red, white, and blue striped trim adorns the collar and armholes, reinforcing the uniform's timeless aesthetic. The "Hometown Heroes" jock tag features the iconic signatures of Hakeem Olajuwon and Clyde Drexler and is placed near the bottom of the jersey, celebrating the team's legacy.

The matching shorts for the "H-Town" City Edition uniform feature a clean white base and a striped red, white, and blue waistband that includes the Rockets' primary logo.
