The leaks arrive after reports from our friends at ProLineMockups that the franchise is exploring a visual refresh and potential rebrand to coincide with the completion of major renovations at Capital One Arena ahead of the 2027-28 campaign.
Washington Wizards to Have New Uniforms for 2027-2028 Season
The Washington Wizards are getting a whole new jersey set for the 2027-2028 season. Unlike what was expected, the Wizards are not changing their colors for the 2027-2028 season. Instead, they use the well-known combo of red, navy, and white.
What is odd is that the Wizards Vice Chairman Zach Leonsis talked about a rebrand that would happen as early as the 2027-2028 season. It remains to be seen if these uniforms are already part of the rebrand.
There also have been rumors that the Wizards could bring back their old logo in a way. We do not have confirmation on the logos used on the Washington Wizards 27-28 uniforms yet.
