Orribile toppa sulla maglia: gli Atlanta Hawks annunciano Paze come nuovo sponsor della toppa sulla maglia

The Atlanta Hawks have officially announced a new multi-year partnership with Paze, an online checkout solution, as their new Official Jersey Patch Partner. Paze, which is developed by Early Warning Services, will replace the team's previous jersey partner, the YMCA of Metro Atlanta, a charity whose patch had been on the team's uniforms since the 2023-24 season.

As the team's jersey partner, the Paze logo will be featured on all official Atlanta Hawks jerseys. The partnership also designates Paze as the Official Online Checkout Partner and Digital Wallet of the Hawks and State Farm Arena. The move aligns with Atlanta's reputation as a major hub for the financial technology industry, often referred to as "Transaction Alley." "Atlanta is not only home to one of the NBA’s most dynamic franchises, but also a hub for payment innovation," said Serge Elkiner, General Manager of Paze. "Teaming up with a franchise that shares our passion for speed and performance makes this partnership even more meaningful."

The partnership will include various brand activations, such as Paze presenting the Hawks' game against the Los Angeles Lakers on November 8. However, the initial visual of the prominent blue Paze patch on the Hawks' jerseys has already sparked a conversation among fans, with many quickly questioning its aesthetic appeal and debating whether it might now be one of the ugliest sponsor patches in the NBA.
